Priscilla Potgieter, owner of Droom Dekor, loves to plan - it is what she does best!
Following a successful corporate career, Priscilla found herself wanting to offer a more personal and individual approach to event and wedding planning. Realising her dream to act as an independent planner, she launched Droom Dekor in 2011.
She has planned and ran an array of events, from weddings to corporate events, working with clients from all over South Africa, giving support, advice and meticulous organisation.
Her experience and sheer level of detail results in perfectly planned, smoothly ran, memorable occasions that leave people talking about them for years to come.
Having lived in the Eastern Cape for the past couple of years, she is as familiar with the region as with its wealth of suppliers and venues. Building a large network of contacts in the industry, means however challenging the request, Priscilla can typically organise it. She thrives on the challenges her work brings her.
Priscilla’s personable character and friendly approach is clear from your first encounter with her and her energy and passion is contagious.
She is proud to be the recommended planner for many venues in Port Elizabeth and surrounding areas and regularly contributes to bridal publications offering tips and advice on wedding planning.
If she is not running weddings, events, or in her office planning them, you will find her at her home with her husband Albertyn, children Miguel and Cara and cat Monet.
